"Day Of" Coordination
This service is for designed for the Bride and Groom who have planed their own wedding,
and needs help on their wedding day so they can relax and enjoy the day.
This is where we come we will provide professional representation for your
event to make sure everything runs perfectly.
We will meet up to 4 times prior to event to discuss the details
Wedding day director (up to 10 hours of coverage)
Vendor confirmations
Early arrival to ensure that set-up is correct
Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors on wedding day
Ceremony Direction
Gathering family members/wedding party for photographs
Distributing gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf
Arranging transportation for you; keeping contact with your driver
Personally assist Bride & Groom
Oversee vendors, including arrival, load-ins, setups, strikes, breakdowns and load-outs
Wedding Emergency Kits - if a need arises, we probably have the solution in one of our kits
Partial Coordination
This service is designed for the Bride & Groom that could use help getting started.
This package puts the Bride and Groom on the right track with a budget planning session to achieve your dream wedding at a comfortable price. Rehearsal and Wedding Directing are also included to insure the perfect day.

Scheduling appointments with vendors for clients
Assist with Vendor Selection & Confirmation (i.e. Florist, photographer, musicians, caterer, etc.)
Custom Designed Wedding Day Timeline
Custom Designed Instructions to Wedding Party

Coordinating the payment of final fees to vendors (if requested by client)

Rehearsal Directing
Oversee vendors, load-ins, setups, strikes and load-outs
Confirm arrival times for all vendors and assure all clean-up and break down has been handled
